How can I see my order status?

You will be able to track your order status if you have an account with us. Simply log in to your account, and you will be able to see your order status in the “My Orders” section.

Can I cancel after placing an order?

We will ship the product within 24 hours of an order being placed. Cancellations will only be considered if the cancellation request is made by the customer within 12 hours of placing an order. If an order cancellation is accepted by us, a full refund will be issued to the Customer. We reserve the right to accept or reject order cancellations for any reason and the Customer must agree not to dispute the decision made by us regarding the cancellation.

What is the delivery timeline after I purchase a product?

Delivery period from purchase date will be approximately 1 day to 4 days depending on the shipping location.  Should you require a product urgently, please get in touch with us to ensure we can deliver the product at your desired delivery date.

What is our refund policy?

You can choose to return your purchase within 1 calendar days from the date of receipt, as long as:
The product is unused and not modified/altered in any manner
The product is not customized
The product retains its original tag, packaging and is returned in the same condition as delivered by us.
The product is not customized/made to order.

Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive a store credit towards a future purchase at the site within 3 working days via email.

What is our exchange policy?

In the event of faulty goods, incorrect product or a product in a wrong size (different to the size that you ordered) we will exchange the product for a new product as per the original order. In order for a product exchange, you need to email us within 3 calendar days from the date or receipt of a product.

What happens if I don’t like the product I receive?

In the event that you change your mind after receiving a product, you are eligible for a return/refund, as long as you email us within 1 calendar day of receiving the product.
In the event of a return/refund/exchange due to a personal preference or change of mind, the customer has to bear the cost of shipping to send the product back.
Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive a store credit towards a future purchase at the site within 3 working days via email.
Please note: we do not offer returns or refunds for custom size purchases.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our customer base and introduce worldwide shipping on all our products by early 2018.
